I pretty much read what the previous reviews stated and I can't disagree with any of them. The rent and fees keep going up or added while the services and maintenance goes down. The past two summers the pool is hardly open when it is beautiful out. Supposedly for lack of a lifeguard...…..Go Figure when they start advertising in June for a lifeguard.
Maintenance requests seem to go on deaf ears. I have to put in the same requests multiple times before they fix it and the majority of the time it is done wrong. Every spring and fall I have to have the Furnace and Air Conditioner fixed.
Their are no consequences for people who do not clean up after their dogs. I have taken pictures and reported them and nothing is done. Trash areas are a mess but I blame the tenants for that because some of them are to lazy to put the trash INSIDE the dumpster and think it ok to lay it in front of it.
I am finally in a position to leave this place and I would not recommend this complex to anyone. To fill empty apts/townhouses, they pretty much rent to anybody that can pay the rent even if 4-6 people are living there.
This used to be a great place to live...……..not anymore
