I have been going to this bk for the last six months every day when you walk in no one greets you when you get to the counter you are met by a person who rather not be there that being the manger angel if she is not arguing with a customer she is complaining about the other employees I stopped in this morning and said good morning like I always do I asked why she doesn't smile OR say hi she responded i don't have to i said that is not a good attitude she said I was not very nice to the girls there i said saying good morning is not being nice then I asked for my money back and left the store i will not return their are to. many other places that enjoy their customers I would encourage people to go somewhere else I go to one of the biggest churches in Rockford and I will tell everybody I know about my experience with this business and I'm thinking about putting it on Facebook thanks
