Appointment scheduled for 1:25. To be fair, I was 5 minutes late for my appointment due to the construction in the area. However after asking 3 times when I would be called aback and waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave. If one of their had to wait that long for a dinner reservation, hair, or other appointment I doubt they would have been as patient as I was. I won’t be back.
