Review content:
Unprofessional staff and poor training my son had a blood scratch on his arm from another child and they never made a incident report at the time it happened. They put my 2 year son in a high chair as time out for the majority of time i was away. No 2 year old should be put in time out longer then the length of there age. They did not write up a incident report until i started questioning the staff about what happened they had came up with 3 different stories and something wasnt adding up.
If u want to get a same place and reliable staff that are trained better and make incident reports when ur child gets hurt i suggest going somewhere else
