This firm handled my father's financial matters and it has been nothing but a horror dealing with them since my father passed away. Helen Hein is never in the office and when I went to the office to provide them with the documents that they requested, I never got past the lobby. That is where they conducted my financial business. Very unprofessional. I have been trying to close out an account that my brother and I are beneficiaries on and it has now been over four months and only part of the funds have been distributed. When I called to find out when the remaining funds will be distributed I was told the paperwork would be sent to me. That was over a month ago and no papers were received. I am a CPA and work with many people in the financial industry and never have I run across a firm that has such terrible customer service. If the other financial firms in that area are as bad as the previous reviewer says, I feel very sorry for the people that live in that area. You deserve better service than being ignored.
