i and my family have been using this facility since my children were small. i have had the same physician for many years. he is wonderful. my biggest objection is in responding to his messages. i have also had same problem with pa and nurses also. , sometimes you dont get an answer for days. i dont know if all the staff is this way or not.. i know they are busy but still... this is very upsetting to me. its sometimes causes me much anxiety will waiting for their phone call
