Chris Lucero gave me a proposal for a wood fence. It was installed in June 2019 using pre-treated wood pickets, which Chris said would be fine. I have numerous broken pickets, a badly warped gate, pickets without nails, because the nail missed the picket.... but Mr Lucero will not do anything because the wood he proposed is the cheapest wood and he will not guarantee wood. His excuses do not take into account the poor workmanship. I have lots of photos. Why would he use wood that warps, breaks easily, may not last long. I'm not a fence or wood expert, but I am disappointed in Mr. Lucero's ethics. He knows the fence looks terrible....
