Stay away from here. They dont update their files and office staff is rude. Son had appointment for 9am and say almost 2 hours before being seen. The girl behind the desk said we didnt do the root canal here. Oh, yes we did, 3 weeks ago. Then says they are injecting for temporary. Had that done 3 weeks ago when root canal was done. Here for crown fitting. Ask how much longer it will take, said had 2 more ahead of us. They tried to call twice. Asked them what number they used because I had no missed calls or voicemails. Gave a number 4 years old. My records have been updated several times since then. They have it in his files. Further proof of the office staff incompetence. And she had attitude about it too. I'm not the one who didnt do their job! Apparently I'm not the only one. The guy next to me wasnt called either
