I called Frisco Automotive a couple weeks ago because both my cars needed an oil change. I spoke to a guy that said his name was Aaron and we agreed upon a price of $60.00 for full synthetic oil change on both cars. My husband took both cars in on separate days to get the oil change done. I was looking at the tickets and both were filled with semi synthetic. I called and spoke to “warren” who knows if that’s his real name since he told me that his name was Jeff also. He told me he was the manager..When I explained the situation and asked him to redo the oil change and to fill it with synthetic as agreed upon, he was argumentative so I asked to speak to the owner and he laughed and said he was the owner. I’m guessing “warren” isn’t aware of the internet and that people and businesses are easily looked up. Upon further investigation, i found out Jason Wade is the owner. Once I called “warren” back and asked him why he continued to lie I got hung up on again. All I was asking for is for them to right the wrong and redo the oil change with synthetic as agreed upon. It’s funny because on their web page it says that integrity is important to them. That’s quite comical seeing how I was treated. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Not if this is how they do business. I hope Jason Wade reads this and understands what goes on at his shop.
