I needed annual service on my furnace. I looked at other companies and yet I couldn't get someone to come in a reasonable time frame. So I decided to call Update. What I appreciated was that they were VERY direct with service. I saw given a time when they could come (about 2-3 hours) and low & behold, they were there. All I needed was some routine maintenance. All was well until they found a simple fuse problem. There were a coupe other minor problems as well. I was expecting to pay $500+ or more. I didn't pay anywhere near that. I told other companies what my problem was and each said it could cost $350-$500 but wasn't the case here. With all that needed to be done, I was at $275.
Prompt, courteous, professional and from what I saw, 24 hour service. That's nice. And they service a VERY large area!!! I'd use them again if I needed service again.
