Kevin Flood did a remodel on my floors. Two years later, they are failing. Over budget and months late on delivery. It was not just frustrating dealing with him, but outrageous. He had every excuse in the book and no accountability whatsoever. I fired him and had another contractor finish the job. Buyer beware, this man is a crook and a hack.
