I am a collegiate soccer player and I cannot thank Ms. Dello enough for helping me reach my goals and teaching me what it means to be healthy and stay healthy. Maria truly cares about your well being and will go above and beyond to make sure you are the healthiest you can be, both physically and mentally. She helped guide me in the right direction to better understand nutrition and my body as a whole. She helped me throughout the summer and while I was in college she continued to assist me. She truly is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her.
