It is amazing to me that someone that is in the service industry can behave in such a rude manner. I was ready to use MJ but wanted to talk about what test my daughter should focus on. It took 5 days for me to receive a call from Matt and when he called, he was rude, condescending and hung up on me. He didn't have any of the information that I sent to him in front of him, acted as if he was doing me a favor for even speaking to me and when I started to say nevermind, we won't be using them, he hung up. There are several other companies that offer the same services (will even have tutors come to your house) and know how to treat people with respect. STAY AWAY!
