I signed up with them months back finding various job opportunities. Went in and spoke with Leigh Ann and had a god experience. I have applied to multiple jobs through Loughlin Personnel, she reached out once and then radio silence until I try to apply again through a job listing hosted through them. She, however, never reaches out to me when I see them posting a new listing that actually applies to my skill set. At this point, any time I see that they are the recruiting company for a job posting I just scroll through cause it's not worth the hassle of being called, getting hope and then ghosted more months on end.
