I've had hearing loss for years, had my hearing tested a few times, and tried hearing aids from another store but wasn't impressed. I had my ears tested for free at Hears the Answer during one of their promotions and talked to Keith about what the next step was. I thought the price was pretty steep so I deferred and Keith said come see him when I get tired of missing out on conversations and other hearing related things.
I finally came in, talked to Keith about my choices and tried a pair of aids. I found Keith to be very knowledgeable, professional, extremely patient, and wants only the best results for his customers. He has the latest technology in hearing aids including Bluetooth capabilities for phone and TV! I've only had these hearing aids for about a couple of months but wished I'd have gotten them sooner. Keith said if I ever need anything at all, don't hesitate to call or come in. Keith is sincere about meeting the customer's needs and goes the extra mile to achieve it. I would recommend Hears the Answer to anyone with hearing issues.
