14 years ago, I made a mistake, dollar, trust and stress wise. I hired a LOCAL 'contractor' (Fitzpatrick) that possesses NO ROOFING SKILLS, NO INTEGRITY and absolutely NO ABILITY TO TELL THE TRUTH.
7 major repairs and major $$ later, with 4 repairs pending, I had to have yet another new roof installed. 14 years of ALL LIES and THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of $$, I was informed by my new roofing company that I was lucky my roof had not caved Even the drip edge was incorrectly installed. It was shoved into the roof so the water ran into it, rather than away. The shingles were only partially nailed IF AT ALL, and those that were nailed were done so incorrectly. The 'contractor ' had 14 years to make it right and tell the TRUTH. He insisted it was bad shingles, when in fact, I have proof he knew it was wrongful installation. He had also promised to return a small portion that I had to pay him for repairs, BUT THAT WAS A LIE TOO. I would not recommend his services for anything.
