Review content:
ABC replaced a capacitor for our Trane air conditioner and charged us $588!! That's on top of a $99 service call. A capacitor costs around $40 and the repairman spent no more than 20 minutes replacing it. When I complained to the repairman he said that he gets this all the time from other customers. I called ABC Client relations asking for a breakdown of parts and labor and they would not provide one. They would not budge on the repair costs and admitted that they are more expensive than others due to their high overhead costs. The repair was late on a Friday afternoon with hot weather forecast for the weekend. Clearly they recognized that we were desperate and took advantage of that.
