I lived in a Watassa managed building near Dupont Circle for one year. Throughout the year living there, we had two incidents of water flooding into a bedroom in the apartment from an external source. Not only did it take Watassa 7 hours to reply to our emergency hotline requests, but they refused to reimburse for any of the damaged furniture or personal belongings. Many of the other walls also had water stains on it, clearly indicating structural problems. In addition, we had a cockroach infestation where we saw over 30 cockroaches in 2 weeks. Watassa was unable to fix the problem and just stated: "we have had an uptick in cockroaches recently". Never work with them as they are extremely unprofessional.
