Recently had to take my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 in for a "false neutral" and "torque converter" issues. These issues were all covered under my warranty. Knowing that the work would require them to keep my truck overnight, Mr Bill prearranged for me to have a rental car. I cant say enough about Mr Bill Sexton, Service Manager!! Mr Bill went into detail about the issues that I was having and how it was going to be corrected. Mr Bill is very professional. If he says that he is going to do something, you can count on it! Even though this review is for the service department, if you are ever in the market for a vehicle, I cannot say enough about Mr Woods Miller in new car sales. Mr Woods is simply the Best!!! Ask for him you will not be sorry.
