Tom the owner agreed upon a price to clean my house and we set up an appointment . He arrived with 2 other people and cleaned my house in 1/4 of the time it took the previous cleaning service . When they left I inspected the house to find the bathrooms not clean , mirrors dirty , faucets still dirty , shower doors not cleaned . Hardwood floors on the first floor were cleaned but not the second floor. When I called him and told him what I found he told me he was in a rush and had to get to another appointment ? He said he will come back the following day at 9:30 . I agreed against my better judgment . I received a call from him at 7:15 telling me he was here to clean my house . I told him to come back at the time we agreed . When I went to my mailbox I found his card with a note on the back of it “ I QUIT “ . Terrible service , terrible customer service , terrible company ! Stay away !
