Mike has been repairing and customizing guitars since he was 25 years old . He trained with Savannah’s guitars on Grand River back in the 70’s and before long he worked at the now closed Guitar and Drum center for about 8 years.. Then he moved to Gus Zoppi Music Center for 10 years .With the help and encouragement of his wife Linda , he then opened up his own repair shop at 600 Hilton Rd in Ferndale , Michigan .He is the bomb when it comes to repairing guitars . Mike is so cool but doesn’t even know it !!! From repairing Kid Rock’s guitars to Jack White of the White Stripes , famous and not famous Mike is fair and honest with all his customers .
Mike is also famous for his expert Fret jobs with people sending guitars to him for Re-Fretting from as far away as St. Croix , Virgin Islands and of course from all over the USA . Mike is a legend but so humble and always the gentleman.
