The staff treats me so rudely every time I use this pharmacy I feel like I’m on a practical joke show. A blonde woman at the counter is often there named Pam or a short woman from NY. Both of them consistently charge me wrong prices, give me incorrect information, create multiple trips to come back to the pharmacy when solutions are available, and they seem like they will purposely go out of their way to Tell people No instead of spending a minute to check. This only happens to me at this Walgreens and it’s every trip. I work in the healthcare industry and know for a fact that insurance and pharmaceuticals are confusing. These guys are too busy to take the time to help. This only happens when I visit the Walgreens on Scottsdale and Shea and would recommend avoiding this store. It’s a shame big companies have to dominate the Pharmacy industry. The local pharmacist used to be a respected and person in town. These people can’t give you 2 minutes without lying to you to get you out of their way so they can do something easier. It’s terrible. Go somewhere else. You will be happier you did.
