I’ve been coming to Skin Occasions for a couple months and I loved it at the beginning. Now I’m so disappointed of how they treated my skin. I’ve been at so many spas that do prep the skin for extractions perfectly. I use to receive a hot nice towel from Sarah Beth when she did my extractions & my skin loved it because that’s the correct way to prep the skin, so the pores can open up. My aunt is a esthetician and when I told her how my last couple of times at Skin Occasions has been she explained to open up about it because that effects my skin. I spoke up to Monica (the other esthetician) if she can put a hot towel before extractions and she didn’t. Last time she did my facial with no hot towel or any prep for the extractions my skin had marks on it because of how hard she pressed my skin. I do have sensitive skin and it leaves scars easily so I hate how I wasn’t treated or prepped the right way. I never write reviews because I don’t want to be rude but I am very disappointed that now I have to find another spa because this spa didn’t take care of my skin how they use to in the beginning. Also, they need to be more up front with there prices I was surprised the other day because I made a appointment for a tailor made facial then I received a oxygen mask which I didn’t know the price was different at all. They should’ve told me the price before I get surprised.
