ZERO STARS!!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT take your pet here. We brought our pet in for routine shots and are now having to decide on euthanasia. Brad Fly should not be working with animals though we can see why he chose this career as he has NO PEOPLE SKILLS. He is AVOIDANT and if he feels you are taking up too much of his time (after a mere 1 and 1/2 minute conversation on the phone) he will avoid you like the plague when you arrive in person to pick up your pet and have his receptionist tell you that she's sorry but he is busy and won't be able to talk to you for the rest of the day even though before hanging up the phone he says he will speak with you in person upon your arrival 3 seconds before you arrive. He'll tell you things like "your pet has severe dental disease", but then make NO recommendations (and come to find out from a second opinion that there is VERY MILD tarter buildup that can be easily addressed). He will handle your animal in whatever way he does in his back room that causes your pet to go into full blown respiratory distress when pet has never had breathing issues in the past, but then make NO recommendations following this ....no "you should monitor his breathing this could be a medical emergency" which DID turn out to be the case. You will get a quote on fees for services and then have the fees nearly double with added services/tests performed without your knowledge/consent. The new staff is untrained and even when you tell them something is an EMERGENCY they will tell you MULTIPLE TIMES they are getting the info. to the vet ASAP, never call you back, and when you call to ask what's going on you get "vet is on 3 hour break" or "sorry the other girl told you vet would call you but she's new and the vet has been gone for the day for hours". We tried to have Dr. Randolph take over care as he seemed compassionate and knowledgeable in the beginning until we told him we went for a second opinion and he became sarcastic and rude, laughing in our faces as we're visibly upset. Can go on and on if more room!
