Just a note to say thank you to Joe. He first came to the house on the 13th & saw that there was an issue- which ended up being probably bigger than he thought. Came back yesterday and was there for the entire afternoon fixing the generator, plus we were both praying the storm would hold out. He was willing to explain and show me what happened and what he was doing. I really appreciate people like him for I am old school and feel that the more information I have about the generator I can explain more to the main office. Wish there were more technicians and people out there like Joe. Excellent job and well done. I thank you for your knowledge and talking to me about the machine. Have a great day Laura
