I am buying a home and during the inspection, the inspector pointed out that the flames in the furnace were more yellow than they should be. I got in touch with Harker Heating & Cooling (who were absolutely the fastest ones to respond to me) and they sent out Mike to just inspect the furnace and figure out what the problem was. All that needed to be done was to have it cleaned - nothing was broken. But, Mike was so helpful and still took so much time with me and the seller showing us what he was doing, even how the filter worked. Plus he was very funny! I would go back to Harker in a heartbeat for any of my HVAC needs in the future.
