Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership ever! I was looking for product support, and drove 90 miles thinking I was going to get just that. I got the exact opposite. I was forced to accept a poor repair on my Jeep. Management, to the highest level including the owner, refused to rectify any problems. Paint was scratched to the metal. A 1 inch gouge was found in my window tint. The dent that was supposed to be repaired, is still in my door $1258.00 later. This statement is confirmed by multiple other body shops that have seen the repair. Very Very poor! Coincidentally, when I picked the Jeep up and drove it 5 miles, the left front brake locked up. They DO NOT care.
