Review content:
All drains in house not draining so I knew sewage main-line was stopped up. So I took them up on the $99 drain cleaning special. Tech arrived and said the $99 price is for small drains (like bathroom sink only) and my problem was going to be $359 to clear out.
Technician (J.S.) said he completed the work with the biggest machine the company has, but line will not stay clear to drain so I will need a replacement sewer line for $5825.62!
His good news was supposed to be that the price I paid today will be credited towards the replacement.

Right now your charges for today are: $335.”
Well... the next morning another plumber had came out and cleared the drain in an hour! Price for that was $528! And the next day the line is still draining fine without being replaced! Very poor service from Michael and Sons Chesapeake office. This was a very big inconvenience (and smell) the family should not have had to deal with by waiting another day to use the sinks, toilets, and tub! Not to mention I almost had to take out a loan for being way overcharged!
