Last Friday we were scheduled for our annual air conditioning tune-up. As always, the service was on time and flawless! Michael was our technician. I was happy to see him at our door, because he has worked on our systems before, and I knew the check-up would be thorough. In addition, I mentioned to him that we would be beginning some construction work on the back part of our home soon, and that I was concerned about how the construction crew would need to deal with some of our HVAC lines and where they were placed. He took photos and promised to communicate to others at Northern. Then next hing I knew, I looked out the window and there was Michael showing his service manager the area I was concerned about! Without me saying anything he had gone the extra mile to call in the manager to be sure they were attentive to my concerns. We have worked with Northern for many years, and I have never been disappointed. Their customer service is excellent! And Michael is a very knowledgeable, service oriented professional who will take the time to explain everything you want to know, and to ensure you are satisfied with their service.
