in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
Please do not be fooled by the owner and what the place looks like. When you walk in you would think it is a safe place for your child to attend. IT IS NOT. Teachers are aggressive with the children and these incidents are never reported. Teachers may get fired, but the incidents are never reported to the state and parents have no idea what is going, because the owner does not report serious incidents in fear of ruining the image of the facility. Teachers watch other teachers do inappropriate things with the kids and do not report it. They allow these things to happen!! You spend thousands for your child to attend there, but they aren't guaranteed safety.
