I would urge you to go somewhere else. Diane Ho is a lier and fraud. She only wants your money and not willing to fight for you. She took 15,000 bucks from me in a simple divorce case and didn't earn a dime. I kept waiting for her to do the right thing and surprise me but all she did was threaten to quit on me if I didn't take my ex's settlement KNOWING it was unfair. IT should have been easy. Property division chart. Half it. Settled. But NO. She sided with my ex even though I was paying for her to represent ME!!!!! Then she did quit on me knowing my ex wasn't complying with the divorce decree he basically wrote. So don't waste your time or money on this crap of a lawyer. She's worthless and has lost any fight she might have had in her early days.
