I disagree that teachers have a good eye for mistakes, because I just watched a pre recital of classes ranging from 2-15 16 yr olds, I was so disappointed in every single class. This is only a testament to the lack of qualified ballet/dance/tap teachers. Their moves are all the same, the students were all over the place, my child will finish out the year and we are out of there. It appears Joy McDaniel is benefiting from students teaching students and using shiny costumes to make up for the lack of progress ALL the students make in her schools. Very disappointed.
