I recently joined I Love Kickboxing. I am a new mother of two. I go 3 times a week and already I'm noticing positive results. I have more energy for my kids, I've already lost weight and it's great way to release stress. Great atmosphere and positive energy. I only wish I could go more often. Life as a stay at home mom can be tense and challenging, but this class has given me the time I need to focus on myself so I can stay focused on my kids at home. If you're worried about cost, I was too. It's well worth every penny. I compared it to crossfit and personal trainer prices and this is the best for your buck. I definitely recommend ILBK to anyone wanting a positive change in their lives.
