Review content:
I ordered an arrangement called Bright Sunlight listed on Avas' website. All yellow, green and white flowers in a pretty yellow vase. What was sent was a cheap, ugly arrangement a 5 year old could of done better, in a cheap clear vase and red flowers!! I was very specific on the arrangement chosen because of the Oregon Ducks, "Green & Yellow". Upon reporting to Avas their horrendous mistake, this is their response: "Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret any inconvenience regarding your order. Upon reviewing the arrangement that you ordered and confirming with the designer, we have determined that the flowers sent are within the recipe and guidelines that the bouquet called for, in the size that you ordered. If any minor substitutions were made, they fall within our Substitution Policy guidelines. Therefore, your order meets the product description." I have already started the procedure to Stop Pay. I am NOT paying $70 for GARBAGE!!
