I have been going to Dr. Ramsi ever since he started out with Dr. Kroll in Dunmore. You won’t find a more caring and compassionate Vet ever!!! He is very good at what he does. Back when he was in the old building, I can’t tell you how many he helped me out and saved my animals!!! Numerous!!! I could call him anytime day, night, weekend, or holiday. Always answered my calls and would open up to see my animals in an Emergency. And trust me I had many. Always seemed something would go wrong on a Sunday Night or Holiday. One year I had to take my cat on New Years Eve!!! I had to leave him. He called in the middle of the night to tell me he had to do emergency surgery and would keep me updated. My cat lived a very long healthy life. Just recently right before Christmas I had five feral cats get really sick on me. They all had very high fevers. Needless to say he got all five back on their feet. You know I read the other reviews. And I have to say I’ve NEVER heard this man raise his voice, never mind yell. He explains everything he’s doing when he examines them. And he will always tell you and explain that if you just want me to do this to get them on their feet. This is how much it will cost. But if you want blood work and tests. This is what it will cost. ALWAYS gives you two options. The man is very caring and very compassionate with animals. He works with you. And the man knows his stuff. Very Smart!!! Can’t tell you how many times and how many animals he literally saved for me. And I have to say what he charged was very reasonable. Some people assume because they’re animals there should be one flat rate for everything. All I know is he is The Vet I want to take care of my animals. The man really knows his stuff!!! GREAT DR.
