I've waited to post a review until I wasn't so angry. I went to Royal Dental for several years & really like Dr. Kahn. My teeth are good, & I only needed cleanings. Then I cracked a tooth, probably eating ice. It was mid-Dec, & the holidays were coming. Everything happened fast. The dentist (not Dr. Kahn) told me my options were an implant or a bridge. The financial office priced out the bridge, applied for Credit Care for me for the balance, & they did a temporary bridge that afternoon. Since I have strong teeth, I had no idea they were going to sand down 2 perfectly good teeth. I did not want that!! When i went home, I did some research, & for what insurance & credit paid the Humble office, I could have had 2, maybe 3, implants. I couldn't believe how much Iâ??d been charged! For a bridge...! And I absolutely HATE the bridge, the permanent one. I don't like the way it fits in my mouth, or its intrusion into my hard palette. And then I remember how much I paid for a repair I hate, & I get mad all over again. Besides the one passing comment by the dentist, no one ever mentioned an implant against. Obviously, I won't go back. The people are nice, & they all seem to know what they're doing, but I felt totally ripped off by what they charged & the debt i have for dental work I do not like.
