We are in the middle of the remodel. Everything is advancing at lightening speed- unlike the horror stories that I have heard about. So far, it has been 7 weeks since the demolition began and we can actually see the major transformations. Effram is great to work with and is completely on top of things as far as the pace of the project. GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION (actually ahead of time)! I will update this when the project is finished. Virginia"
