Review content:
I have been in Kindred Hospital for about 2 weeks. I will admit I was anxious when I first got here but now after seeing how the staff treats me, I certainly feel much more at ease and so does my husband. The staff is really good. Today I was feeling a little cocky because I had just had Therapy again and my Physical Therapist reminded me that I needed to take “baby steps”. I know he’s right but I feel like I could just grab my keys, run out the door and go for a drive. I really can’t do that yet but that’s how much better I feel! The staff is very concerned for me. I have felt safe and cared for while here. They have taught me to ask more questions about my medical condition. Not to be afraid. I have never done that before. When I leave, it will be a new way of life for me. I know my limitations. They have taught me not to wear myself out and to take better care of myself. Angelique R.
