My husband, Michael, and I recently had an HVAC unit installed. We went with Trane, basically because we had one for 34 years. We are very happy with the service from the time we met with Howard who came out when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and helpful to our meeting with the service reps Jay and Truman. They were prompt, knowledgeable, listened and answered all of our questions and kept the worksite clean. Jay suggested an air purification system which we also had installed and we were able to keep our present air filter system. Overall, we would not change or complain about any part of the 2 day installation or the furnace. We have yet to test the air conditioner but we have a good warranty and feel sure we could call Harriman Heating or contact Howard or Jay and they would respond. We would also mention the ability to finance that played a part in our decision. We are sure we could have gone with someone else since we did have other companies come out to give us an estimate and we know they were offering a lower cost but their equipment was inferior to Trane.
