Let me start by saying I have NEVER been in trouble before & this situation really took a toll on me personally (emotionally & financially) & Todd & Caitlin were beyond AMAZING! They will forever have my deepest, sincerest appreciation & gratitude for the handling of my case.
After 5 long months of back & forth nonsense from the DA, my case was finally resolved, & to the best possible outcome. Words cannot express the sense of relief I had, knowing this. I have a job I love, but unfortunately following my passion does not pay that well, yet they were more than accommodating with their legal fees & payment plans to ensure I could afford the best possible legal team to assist me in the matter. They understood I was a person, who was beyond scared, & not just a case number & a dollar sign to be collected at the end of the day.
Both Todd and Caitlin met with me several times before my first court date, both were in attendance at that date too. Afterwards, I had more contact with Caitlin, who NEVER missed a date, however I would still be able to contact Todd via phone, text &/or email if needed. They were both very punctual & concise with their communication.
Overall, they both, but especially Caitlin, truly made me feel at ease, even when there were times, we were not sure. Her thoroughness, compassion & drive made me feel confident, while her level of professionalism, responding to all of my emails, texts and calls (even while on vacation) reassured me during this stressful time. They communicated with me effectively & appropriately, but most importantly, realistically. They provided me with all the information & possible scenarios & made sure I had all the information before making a decision.
I personally am not much of a risk taker (adding to the stress of this situation), therefore the COMMUNICATION & knowing what the true possibilities were, was extremely important to me. It scared me, however I wasn't scared knowing they were fighting for me.
