From the start of the process, the employee that did the layout tell you where the seams would fall, this did not happen, the installers had a mud path through our home, installers broke piece of granite, they said they would be back in one week and returned in two weeks. The seams are rough, recuts are uneven, the island stove due to poor layout on granite drawers hit on sides of oven doors, island seams glue/caulk different color that granite, bad cut on granite. Call bed rock talked to Gordon Parmenter he said this was all covered under the fine print on contract, his employees don't make these calls, send photos to show issues, if you want quality work I would not use Bed Rock.
