Today, Friday, 3-29-19, Service Technician, Tyler M., came to my house to repair my tankless water heater. After calling to make sure it was alright, Tyler arrived an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment time. Tyler was very friendly and professional and after I explained the problem he gave me options to resolve the problem. Tyler is an extremely conscientious employee and a very important asset to Swan Plumbing & Heating and I highly recommend him and Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air.
