Fischer came today to troubleshoot two issues. Top scores all round - I was able to speak to an actual person to book the appointment without needing to leave a voice mail, they also could come out the next day (and not book me for next month), they gave me a 30 minute advance notice before their arrival, showed up right on time, identified the issue quickly (I had a leak under a toilet that was coming through the ceiling in the room below), which was a defective wax ring, and he proceeded to repair it and was done in about an hour. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again
