I want to give a big shout out to the excellent service to Benjamin Franklins service technician Thomas Whitley. I had an emergency late on Friday night and was in a panic, called the main number the lady assured me they would have someone out ASAP. They did and it was Thomas, he did and excellent job determining what was going on and explaining to me in detail. He stayed to assure everything would be okay during the night and was back out on Saturday as he committed. He found out the issue and now we have a plan to repair and get everything up to code. Again, he did an outstanding job and was so polite and courteous. He gave me options and did not pressure me. I would highly recommend Thomas and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for anyone's plumbing issues... That was one of, if not my best experience with a service company... Outstanding job from Thomas....
