Review content:
I was employed as a vet tech for six years at a local practice and decided it was time to break the silence. I have never owned a pup from Puppy Love but had numerous clients who had purchased animals from their store. I witnessed dogs come in with terrible kennel cough, vaccination reactions, internal and external parasites, hypoglycemia, difficult temperaments and even a few pups that were antibiotic resistant which is commonality in puppy mill dogs. I know this does not happen in every scenario but it happens much more frequently than it should.
I worked with devastated clients with thousands of dollars in bills who were ignored by the ... only to sometimes be harassed later. My practice advised us against sharing the truth with clients who were considering purchasing a pup from their establishment out of fear of retribution. The two vets that Puppy Love uses are friends of the owners. There are countless cases where animals came in very ill after received recent clearance from their practice.
Before the owners reply touting their A+ with the BBB, remember that ...
To also answer the owner's other standard response...NO, I AM NOT MIXING UP PUPPY LOVE WITH PUPPY KISSES.
You can search various links to read about harassment from the owners ...
