Fantastic service all around. I just used JW Heating and Air to do a full heating and AC install w/ductwork in my house and couldn't recommend them more highly. Totally professional, respectful, honest, and willing to go the extra-mile. I received many quotes for the job and while they weren't the absolute cheapest, they were still very well priced among competitors and exceeded every expectation. You get what you pay for, and in this case I feel that the service really exceeded that.
Everyone was incredibly knowledgable in their role and the job as a whole. The estimator (Jeff) was honest and straight-forward, never trying to sell products that weren't needed. He was 100% reachable through the whole process and happy to answer any question.
The crew who did the install were first rate. Ismael was a fantastic lead man and handled every aspect with professionalism, respect, and honesty. He handled any little problem that arose quickly and thoroughly and made sure that as a customer I was completely satisfied, even if that meant more work for him personally. Never a complaint or excuse - he just got the job done 100% correctly to my satisfaction every time. His crew of Felipe and Aldo were just the same.
Their specialists (Luis the electrician/plumber) blew me away with their work as well. Very skilled - in and out quickly but having done a first-rate job all around.
They cleaned up every day. Protected everything with drop cloths, always removed their shoes when they came inside, etc. I would (and will) definitely highly recommend them.
