What can I say....wow. On time. Excellent explanation of process. Gave a very detailed list of what the process would consist of. Troubleshooted the plumbing problem and patiently explained what caused my problem and gave recommendations for preventing it from happening in the future. Quick removal and installation. Went above and beyond mopping the bathroom floor before leaving just making sure the area was spotless. Can you really put a price on good customer service, kindness and professionalism. James your service is priceless. What you offer is a person with good character and you can't buy that. Thank you for your service.
