I tried to rent a property from a place called home river which turned out to be birch management in the end. Seeing the property was easy because it’s self show on mojo. The home is nice but just like the last three I’ve seen from them it looks as if it’s incomplete and not cleaned. I had to pay two separate applications fee because I’m married and was told to fax over various items to them more than once. I sent in all items and even replied to the emails that were sent to me, no one EVER gets back to you. Here it is almost 2 weeks later and still no word on whether or not we’ve been approved. At this point I just want my $100.00 back for the application fee that was paid to them and I’ll stay where I’m at. I have a feeling that they’re going to wait until 30 days is up that way I’m no longer eligible to receive my money. Please don’t use this company or home river of triad, it’s the same bs place
