I came to West Chester Gastrointestinal Group for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Baichi was my doctor. Right away I was impressed with him as a person. I had no knowledge of him as a doctor until later which I also rate him as highly as one can. One of the biggest things you hear people say when they speak of doctors is their "bed-side manners". Again, another five-star rating. He treated me with kindness, patience and reassurance, for I was nervous about the procedure. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like a person that mattered and not just another number to run through. I cannot say how extremely impressed I am with Dr. Baichi AND his staff. When I arrived for my procedure everyone was wonderful. Every step of the way I was informed as to what to expect and treated with loving care. What a wonderful group of professionals! Thank you to all of you at WC Gastrointestinal Group for such a positive experience. It is too bad we will not see each other again for another ten years.
