Before going to Spreen Honda, 55 miles from my home, I spoke with Nicole, the internet sales manager, and asked her what her best price will be. She gave me the price, and it was lower than other dealers, so I decided to go with them. I also asked if they had the color we wanted. She checked and told me they did. We made an appointment for that same night. I went to find out that there was a $1,450.00 charge for a protective coat they spray on all their cars and another $1,800.00 for the security system. I told the sales person I didn’t need any of the extras, but he told me that they were already on the car and they had to charge me. On the other hand, they didn’t have the color we wanted after Nicole told me hours earlier they did.
Don’t waste your time driving to this dealer. In one way or another, they will take your hard earned money. They are not honest and they lie in your face.
On a positive note, the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable.
